Without a committed team, there would never be an ‘S.S. Engineering Works’ today. We still have a few members who have been with us for over 20 years, since the inception of SSEW in 1992. This is a living testimony of our work culture & professional environment. The horizontal management allows all employees to communicate directly with each other and the management board. AT SSEW, there are ample opportunities for the employees to bring up new ideas which could actually make a difference to the company.
